I have two assessments that have to be completed and in to my training provider by Tuesday of next week, so hopefully having a pen in one hand and a calculator in the other will prevent me from having a free hand to shove food into my mouth!
Strange as it seems, now that the colder weather is starting to arrive I should do better with my weightloss (famous last words) as I seem to pick less if I have a hot meal than I do if I have something cold, like a salad.
Anyway, fingers crossed.
