It's a bit annoying as when I had my midweek weigh in on Friday, I had lost 3lbs but have since managed to put 2 of them back on.
I shall soldier on.

I hate it when the scales do that, but I bet it's just a little water that has made the scales go up a little. Well done on the pound and good luck for next week.
